Daniel: Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback. It’s imperative that all viewpoints be heard in an open online dialogue. No one should be silenced or censored due to expressing a divergent political viewpoint. No American’s sacred constitutional free speech rights should haphazardly be infringed upon by any elected official or government entity — whether it’s by the President of the USA or the local dogcatcher. That’s the First Amendment issue in this case. It’s also the reason why the case should not be overturned on appeal.
