While I hope this never happens, this entire program will be grounded if and when one of these commercial spaceflights with civilians on board explodes, crashes or otherwise has some unforeseen catastrophe based on a technical anomaly -- just like with Virgin Galactic's test flight crash in 2014 (program suspended with FAA investigation), and the Challenger space shuttle disaster in 1986 (plus other such space-related incidents resulting in death and destruction).
