Great hearing from you, Wayne. I'm grateful for your meaningful engagement. It's anyone's guess what the "new normal" will look like exactly. However, one silver lining should be more remote work and flexibility for employees to enhance work-life integration and balance. This will greatly contribute to better health and wellness for employees who are able to be accountable and productive as this new work paradigm further develops post-pandemic.
