I absolutely agree, Jill, and it’s still not too late as noted in my article to which you kindly commented. No presumptive presidential candidate is official until the states cast their votes—based on primary results—at the party’s respective national conventions this summer. As I mentioned, one year is considered a lifetime in politics. Therefore, anything can still happen over the next nine months. I believe it’s a very fluid situation. Nonetheless, perhaps naively, I remain an eternal optimist. It helps me process all the bad news which indicates the world is on fire and the sky is falling.
