I hear you, Lisa, and always find myself feeling better and having more energy during the DST months. It’s unfortunate the change of clocks negatively impact so many people, especially when they have to wake up early for work the following Monday. Scientific studies show that more people are prone to heart attacks on the Monday following the start and end of DST, among other detrimental consequences to one’s wellness.
