As noted above, countless studies have shown that workplace autonomy is a key incentive for younger employees (sometimes non-negotiable). Thus, progressive companies who offer the telework option for appropriate jobs have a distinct advantage over the competition in obtaining the best Millennial talent in a fluid global marketplace — which I expect will be just as important to Gen Z as they begin to enter the work world. These two young generations will soon account for the overwhelming majority of the age-based workforce demographic in the coming years/decades. Thanks again for sharing your important insights!
