John, kudos on a well written, insightful and comprehensive list of reasons why Harris lost and what Dems should do going forward. I highlighted many points which resonated with me.

Dems holding themselves accountable is the most important place to start. They need to eat their humble pie by implementing a crisis communications plan with these three textbook elements:

1) Acknowledge the loss, explain why and apologize to the American people for being out of touch with too many voters (per your 10 points).

2) Explain what and how Dems plan to do differently going forward.

3) Ask those who voted against them for another chance to regain their support (with the goal of flipping the House and Senate in the 2022 midterm elections).

Will Dems do it? Don't hold your breath waiting.
