…t don’t have the legal chutzpah to call anything that happened on January 6, 2021, an insurrection. More to that point, of all the people who have been prosecuted for their various roles on that day, not one has been accused or convicted of insurrectionist activity.

Kurt: What about seditious conspiracy? What about all the people who have been convicted for felonies related to Jan. 6? What about the GOP’s persistent efforts to undermine the Voting Rights Act? 
You can’t just dismiss all that if you’re being objective.
