Larry Boyer, thanks so much for taking the time to share your important insights — for which I’m always grateful. I think there’s conflicting data out there about this issue. Thus, great minds may disagree. However, I do concur with you about the health hazards the Monday following the start DST (yes, today), which have been well documented. Nevertheless, I still think the long-term benefits of DST outweigh the short-term setbacks. Also, please remember that I’m a proverbial night owl. Therefore, I might be just a little bit biased about this issue from that vantage point (lol). But I do sincerely believe that more sunlight in the evening is better than less, per all the other reasons noted above — and especially for those of us who are nocturnal by nature. Thanks again for chiming in, Larry, it’s always a pleasure to receive your valuable feedback.
