Lawrence, I wholeheartedly agree with you, which helps make my point: How could the Dems have let his oversight occur? Now Trump makes history by doing something the Dems should have done by now. Why haven't any Dem Presidents had a woman chief of staff? Surely, there's no shortage of qualified female leaders.
