Second, I commend you for continuing to speak out and write about mental illness not only to help those suffering from it, but also to educate and enhance the understand of the general public to end the stigma. And third, your experience shows that it’s possible to find a way to control anxiety to an extent by shifting one’s mental focus to helping others.
