Many thanks Larry Boyer for your valuable feedback and gracious support, which are most appreciated. I agree with you that there are still too many old-school managers who are change resistant. They stubbornly cling to the status quo and byzantine bureaucratic policies/procedures at the expense of enhancing productivity. However, all managers should embrace new and innovative ways of working more efficiently, effectively and expeditiously in today’s mobile, digital and virtual Information Age. That’s because antiquated work policies only result in lost productivity, poor performance, low morale, and less employee engagement— all of which hurt a company’s bottom line. Thus, change-resistant employers that fail to leverage modern ways of working will only fall further behind in a fluid global marketplace.
