Sondie Frus — I appreciate your valuable feedback and insights. You make a good point regarding the immigration coverage by the news media. Here’s one fact we don’t hear/see/read much per the press:

The last time Congress passed, and the President (Reagan) signed, comprehensive immigration reform was 33-years ago via the IRCA bill in 1986, the Immigration Reform and Control Act. That’s a long time not to have implemented, revised or revamped public policy as immigration issues have drastically changes over three decades.
