Thanks for another excellent read on an important topic, Lisa Gallagher. My take is that great leaders inspire greatness in others, while:
- boosting morale,
- employee engagement,
- productivity/profits and
- company/brand loyalty.
Great leaders also make employees want to give their best efforts. Lastly, great leaders foster a great work culture where out-of-the-box thinking and innovation thrives.
