1. Is this new tech — or something similar — already being used by the communist Chinese government on the general populace per its Big Brother surveillance and “scoring” of citizens?
2. How long before this new tech is leveraged for private sector use in the USA?
3. What are the downsides (privacy issues, nefarious us, etc.) for this new tech being rolled out by private companies for commercial use in the USA?
