Thanks Professor Watson for another excellent political analysis exposing hard truths to the public, which are too often muted by mainstream media. The House GOP is indeed a clown show, as you write. House Republicans had a big chance to govern effectively in a bipartisan manner for the good of the nation, but they did the exact opposite. This political malpractice in governance will result in Republicans losing their slim House majority in the 2024 election -- and, hopefully, being relegated to minority party status for years and decades to come. I look forward to seeing Hakeem Jeffries become the next Speaker of the House, which can't come soon enough!
