The fundamental difference is that an AI is an artificially-based intelligent machine, whereas human beings are a biology-based higher intelligence with a heart and with a soul that an AI will never have—not to mention real human consciousness. Just because we have a the intelligence to design machines smarter than humans does not make them better than humans, and AI should not be viewed that way which is a path to destruction of humanity.
