Well, here’s one benefit that’s new for sports fans of the NFL: today is the first Black Friday NFL football game ever—and where else but Amazon prime exclusively. Yes, Amazon will be marketing all kinds of deals flashing throughout the game, so they’re hitting a demographic that is usually immune and indifferent to Black Friday shopping—middle-aged men who love sports.
It remains to be seen whether this micro-marketing strategy will prove effective, but I am definitely looking forward to the football game: NY Jets vs Miami Dolphins at 3:00 (ET). See you there…
